Now, on to the items!

Lapcos Metallic Sheet Mask Set– Estimated Value $2.80 (Buy 5 for $14.00, found here for $11.20)

This was such a creamy mask! It’s filled with pearl extract that is great for brightening your skin and helping lighten dark spots over time. While pigmentation is not an issue I have struggled with, I can appreciate its deep hydration and my skin was absolutely glowing after application. Win-win!

Kocostar Rose Lip Mask– Estimated Value $3.75 (Buy 4 for $15.00)

I have tried lip masks before with very little success. The ones I have tried before usually taste terrible, don’t stick, or are just useless. Needless to say, I had low expectations for this mask. I am happy to say I was wrong! I opened this pretty metallic red mask (in the shape of super cute kiss!) and applied it directly to my product-free lips. I appreciated that this little mask was oversized, as I have a fuller smile. The taste was minimal and it stuck to my lips and molded to them with no trouble. When I removed it 10 minutes later, my lips were soft and plump! I would absolutely try this again, especially with chapped winter lips in my not so distant future.

Patchology FlashPatch Eye Gels– Estimated Value $3.00 (Buy 5 for $15.00, found here for $12.00)

These eye patches were a very pretty pearl shimmer gel and smelled very fresh. They stuck to my face easily. I wish they had been a little less dry because after the first few minutes they almost felt completely dried out. This was only a 5-minute mask so this didn’t matter too much, just a personal preference. I did notice immediate plumping under my eyes after removing them.

Magic Hour Exfoliating Double-Layer Foot Mask Socks– Retail Value $15.00

Yaaaaas! I love these exfoliating foot masks. I am sworn Baby Foot Mask addict (google at your own risk!) and I use that product a few times a year. If you are unfamiliar with foot peeling masks, they are basically socks filled with fruit and lactic acids that penetrate the dry skin on your feet. About a week later (and just as you have given up on the product being effective) your skin starts peeling off over the course of a week or so. It is really dramatic. Like… REALLY dramatic. I only recommend using this product in the late summer, fall, or winter because your feet are going to be unsightly for at least a week. After all of that old skin is shed you are left with unbelievably soft feet.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Jelly Sheet Mask– Retail Value $8.00

This packaging is so cute! I love that it is in the shape of a watermelon slice. I was looking forward to this mask because I had tried a sample of Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask and loved it during the summer months when my dry skin needed a hydration boost without the heaviness of the masks I rely on in the winter. The mask itself is a super fresh two-piece pale pink gel. It was so slippery that I actually dropped it on my floor attempting to put on the top half. WHOOPS. When I finally applied it, it stuck to my face easily and was extremely cooling. After 20 minutes, this mask left behind glowing skin without much residue or serum. This is a solid choice for normal skin year round and would be a great choice for dry skin in the warmer months.

GLAMGLOW Supermud Clearing Treatment Mask 0.5 oz.– Retail Value $25.00

GlamGlow is a hit or miss brand for me, but I know it has a huge cult following. Because I have very dry skin, this mask just wasn’t for me. I much prefer this brand’s moisturizers to their masks. If you have oily or acne prone skin this would be an excellent choice for you! It also has visibly reduced my pores every time I have tried it, so if your skin can handle the formula it will absolutely help shrink down those pores. It is a thick dark grey mud and smells really medicinal.

Invisibobble Original Trio– Retail Value $7.95

I really like these. I have seen them on Instagram but never could bring myself to pay for them when my traditional hair elastics were so much less expensive. I wish I had tried these sooner because they are so much better for my hair. They leave little to no crease behind and are said to cause less split ends than elastics. They are also so much cuter when worn on the wrist!

Verdict: This box has a value of $65.50 I think that’s a really great value for a $15 beauty box. The Glam Glow mask makes up almost half of the boxes value (and the tube is rather small), but even if you aren’t into the formula this is still a great buy. As with all the Allure boxes, the quality of the products is stellar.
